website publishing

i am using frontpage 2002 i have created a web site i have
purchased a domain name and web space.
My problem is that when i go to publish and i go:
1. file
2. publish web
3. i enter my url ie http://www.stretford-online.com
4. ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD box opens ienter
username,password etc click ok and the box reappears over
and over again, it's driving me mad.
server has told me that they have successfully publishea a
page using my username/password. So the fault seems to be
at my end. any ideas.

Ask you host is they are trying this, from outside of their network.

Also try entering your domain as:

http://www.stretford-online.com/

http://stretford-online.com

If the account has a static IP address, then you can try that as well.
