WEBSITE DOWNLOAD ABRUPTLY STOPS

When accessing a particular website the site abruptly and randomly stops
downloading most of the time and sometimes it works fine
 
And you're blaming Windows XP ??

Try other websites to see if they exhibit the same behavior...
