Website doesn't publish with FP2003

This is the first time this has occured and I have no idea why. Last night
when after I updated my website and published, the publish was successful.
But then I went in to fix my photogalleries, making them easier to use with a
slideshow gallery that FP offers. After I hit publish to test it out, the
server connection unexpectedly disconnected. Now everytime I make a change
to any page and try to publish this same thing pops up. Now, tonight, I was
going to try it again, but this popped up this time:

FrontPage has deteceted the changes you have made to the navigation
strutcture conflict with changes another has made to the Web site you are
publishing to. What do you want to do?

Do not replace the navigation structure of the destination Web site

Replace the nvaigational structure of the destination Web site

Let FrontPage merge the changes

If you let FrontPage merge the changes, it will publish the navigation
structure but only replace another author's changes if yours is more recent.

Okay I selected that and the message still pops up saying: The server
unexpectedly closed the connection. What should I do? That popped up before
this other thing did.

Contact your web host and ask them to run a check on the extensions for your account.

I don't know if it is that though, becuase before either of those messages
pop up, it asks me if I want to overwrite the remote files, of course I do
because they've been changed, but if I press ignore, everything goes fine and
I don't get either message. Could it still be my host?
