Website Design Software

Hey Group,
Does anyone know of a freeware website design software. Something that
is like FrontPage's interface would be nice but it does not have to have
all the same features. Thanks in advance for your help.

Seconded. Churns out validating xhtml 4.01 transitional & has support
for css. One thing, I'd pass it through Tidy or a Tidy-enabled editor
such as PSPad to clean up the code a bit afterwards.
