Endless ?

What is contained at the bottom of your HTML? May we have the URL to view it?

Break it down into multiple pages. There is no bottom as long as you keep
adding stuff to the same page!!!

I have my navigation links at the bottom shared border. below the navigation
links is all white space and you can scroll down forever (it is just blank
space)
I do not have the website published online yet.
 
It's probably not endless although it seems like it is. Likely you are looking at a web page that has height
40000px. I've seen this before and usually results from poor scripting. Strict HTML tags cannot do this. A
result of scripting or CSS. Post the markup we can look at it.
