webpage views different on other monitors in office

Some of the monitors are bigger here in the office. I viewed the site on
different monitors but with the same browser(IE) and the font changes. Some
pics and text get moved around.
On a laptop, nothing changes and is fine.

What should I do?

Use tables set to a fixed width of 750 pixels to structure your page layout, learn to use CSS to
control font size, or just accept that it will look different on different browsers, etc.

Even with CSS there are limits to how font sizes will look from one monitor
to another. The screen resolution and the browser have too great of an
impact.

The advice to 'just accept that it will look different ...' is what you
should take. While you can minimize the differences you will never eliminate
them. Web pages are viewed on too many different systems with too many
variables. Even if you looked at the same page on two systems with idential
specs and settings the odds are that they will not be identical. Color
calibration alone can cause major display difference.

The web is not print. There is only so much control you can have, get used
to it.
