My problem is whenever I click a link or website from whether it being from
a post or email it will load ok but the size of the webpage isn't it full
size , I mean it isn't the whole screen , How can I set up this so it will
load the webpages to fit my whole screen ? Thanks

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Open a new window from a link that launches one. Close all previous IE
windows. Do not click the Maximize button. Drag the edges to resize the IE
window open as large as you want, then while holding SHIFT down, close the
window by the "x". This should maintain the new window size between
sessions.

New windows are not truly maximized, but can be set to nearly so by the
method above.

Or you could try this little utility:

IE New Window Maximizer 2.3

Autosizer
