I have not used it myself, but IIRC Microsoft uses it.

We've used Camtasia internally and have been happy with it. It's someone
else that uses it here, so I can't comment too much, but if you have
questions I'd be happy to pass them along.

Ive instaklled it, and on the face of it, it looks quite good.
