when using concord 3in 1 digital camera as web cam with
windows messenger we can see other people but they cant
see us

Greetings Nick,

Have you gone through the Audio and Video Tuning wizard? If not, open up the main Messenger
window, click the Tools menu, then Audio Tuning Wizard and go through the wizard to choose
and test your video camera.

I have this same problem with the same cam... There is NO problem with the
cam... it works in all other video applications... INCLUDING EyeBall chat...
it will not work in MSN Messenger 6.0
When I use the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard, it says Camera Error... the camera
is either not working properly or is in use by another program... WRONG...
It simply will not work with ONLY MSN Messenger !!

A fix would be greatly appreciated...
