Webcam Error

I have a Logitech Fusion webcam and have tried to use it with Skype and now
with Yahoo. When trying to connect to a contact, I can see them, but not
hear them. They get an error saying that my webcam is unavailable. Question
is if XP's firewall is somehow blocking my webcam from being viewed. When I
used Skype, I could see and hear my contact, but after about 10 minutes of
conversation, the audio stopped functioning. Could this be a result of the
firewall, as well?

Hi R,

No, but could be the result of your Processor Speed, your ISProvider,
operating system or the amount of memory in your computer.

Have you tried Windows Live Messenger program? I don't have problems
with that program.

Not familiar with Windows Live Messenger. Is it a service that I can access
to use with my webcam? As for the processor speed, ISP provider or memory,
I'm sure they are not factors, as I have had this webcam working when I used
SKYPE. My reason for switching was the loss of audio part way into my
connection.
