Web Site won't load unless I delete temporary internet files each

I have a website that I look at every day. If I empty my temporary internet
files, THEN the page loads. But 5 minutes later, the website will no longer
load, unless I purge the temp internet files again. I talked with the
webmaster for that site, and I am the only person who has this problem thus
far. Please help!
