cannot see Temporary Internet Files folders

When I am logged in under my name I can see all the Temporary Internet Files
folders under everyone. Every log name has administrative privileges but
when I log into the computer as someone else I cannot see the Temporary
Internet files under
any person's Local Settings folder. I have set the folders to unhidden so I
should be able to see them

What is the problem? I have recently had a virus on the machine and had it
fixed by a virus program. I have also updated the Internet Explorer to 7.

Windows is set up so that YOU can't see YOUR temporary internet
files. That is the way it is. Too bad.

If you want to see yours log in as someone else.

Bummer.

Nonsense. I can see my temporary internet files and any other users, with
no problem at all.

Fine...have it your way. From what I have read, most users
cannot read ALL of their temporary internet files. I cannot read
ALL of MY files but I can see the folders containing them and
open and read ALL of other users files as long as I am the
administrator. By the same token, others as administrators can
see and read my folders and files as well.

P.S. I would like to hear from other users on this.

Please disregard this posting (AND my preceding one) in it's
entirety. I mis-interpreted it and thought it was referring to a
few temporary internet files NOT NORMALLY viewable to users in
windows explorer ie: cache files and index. Actually the
original posting mentioned that he/she had updated to IE7 which
I missed.

I know very little about IE7 as I uninstalled same as it didn't
measure up to what I expected. Perhaps someone familiar with IE7
can help as I believe the temporary internet files have been
moved to a different location from where IE6 stored it's files.
