web remote desktop not working

i got remote desktop working fine. however i could not
make it work over the web as it's supposed to.

at first it seems to work fine, but when i try to log in,
something fails and then sends me to a blank screen.

please help, thanks

i just tried it again on a win98 client and it worked
just fine! it asked me to install some active x program,
however, when trying to connect from a win 2000 pro
client, it did not work.

what is the problem??? please help.
