web pages always open minimized

Every time I click a link in a web page to go to another
page it only opens the blue title bar at the top and I
have to double click to maximize. Can I change my
settings so the links open up maximized?

The "title bar" is usually a small window.
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Hi Mike,

Yes, but not maximized.

Close all IE windows but one. Drag the borders of that window to fit nearly
the whole screen, but do not maximize it. Now, close IE and start it again.

It isn't a good idea to close IE when it's maximized...
