Web page trying to close window

I keep getting a pop up saying "The web page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close? Yes or No. What causes this pop up and how do I stop it?

Are you on some type of secure website? This happens to
me when I use my work email account on another computer
(to prevent others from viewing what you had done...)

Try a forum for IE.

It is a security setting within IE. This is the wrong
place to look for answers.
