Web page not available offline

I keep getting this popup and the error message is:

application NMain.exe, version 6.5.0.635, hang module
hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address
0x00000000.

or another version of this application hang. Is this a
virus? I am online through broadband but was getting
this even before we got the broadband (tonight). Thank
you.

I ran NMain.exe through Google and wound up here. There
were other links that I didn't check. It appears to be for
Windows ME. By any chance did you upgrade to XP from ME?

Bill - thank you. No I didn't do an upgrade. XP was part
of the Dell when I purchased it. I installed ZoneAlarm
Pro today and the Alert Advisor asks if I want to Run a
DLL as an app to access the internet (RUNDLL32.exe).
Iwonder if this is the same thing? Somewhat frustrating,
but if I click on connect it goes away for a while. I am
on Comcast cable, so I am always connected. Thanks for
reading and responding.
