First look, it tell me it is something to do with Memory, either memory
shortage or memory damaged/Malfunctioning memory Stick, so test the Memory,
also third-party toolbars and BHO hooked on this machine can cause this Issue.

Here some steps to troubleshoot:

.... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click OK to close the IE properties.

Also Run Disk CleanUp on your Partition (C:\) and check all Boxes to clear
Temp on your Drive.

Then Open a run command and re-register these DLLs:
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Browseui.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
2... You need to be sure your system is clean from malwares and Viruses by
scanning for them.
Get a free safety scan for your computer:
http://www.microsoft.com/protect/products/computer/safetyscanner.mspx

And also for malwares from here:
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
http://www.safer-networking.org ; for Spybot S&D
Download this Anti-Virus and run a scan:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5
Run DiskCleanup and Defrag in safe mode and also Check Disk.

3- You can test your memory by running Memtest to be sure the memory are
Okay and not bad:
http://www.memtest86.com/
Please perform step (1,2,3) one at a time and reboot your computer and see
if the issue been resolved.
HTH.
Let us know.
Regards,
nass
