You need to disbale the add-ons this can be the cause in some cases.

Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
How to manage Add-Ons:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883256

Try to clean up by running a thorough scan by scanning with some of the
software mentioned here:
http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...e69-b0be-39d578e8c71d&lang=en&cr=US&sloc=&p=1

Run this command:
sfc /scannow

If the above doen't help try to search for the file (mso.dll)and copy it
where it need to be.

OkieTom

There is the odd report in Google referring to your problem but no
solution that I could see. There are also references to a similar error
involving Outlook 2003.

I managed to identify the file versions in your report and it looks like
they came with a Security Update in August 2008. Both files have since
been updated and there was a Hotfixas well issued just before Xmas.
However, I was not enable to relate them to the error. I do not know
enough about your error. The number of updates suggest there are lot of
bugs in Outlook 2007.

The conclusion I reached is that you need to seek help in an Outlook
newsgroup. This has already been suggested to you.

Hope this helps.
