Web Page Languages

I'm in Japan, using a Japanese lang. version of XP home.
Is there a way to change configuration so that when I go
to windows update or to the Microsoft web pages, I go to
the English language pages instead of Japanese?

Hi,

If you do that, you will be installing English versions of the hotfixes into
a japanese language system - bad idea.
