Web page automatically starts to download

Hi all,

There is one webpage that everytime I try to access it, as
soon as I type the addess and click go or hit enter, it
prompts the download in progress box, open, save, etc.

It only happens on this one site and only on this
computer. I have IE 6.0 SP1;Q831167

Anyone seen this before? I've looked and tweaked all
settings I can think of, deleted cookies, etc.

It's a normal thing to have a download start automatically. If you don't
wish to download the file click no.
 
What I meant is, it's acting like the website is a
download, there is not file or anything, when I type
www.xxxxx.com and hit enter the download box appears, I
can click save or cancel and the page will not load.
 
Open your file type menu and make sure htm and html can be opened with IE
