I use Windows Mail but somehow my Web Mail interferes with my Windows Mail.
Is there a way to set it up. to just get email in Windows Mail?

Interferes how? Your mail must go through your mail server first. Do you
want to read it in both places? If you do:

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: Leave a copy of
messages on the server. Check to Delete messages after X days to assure the
server does not get clogged up.

If you just want to red it in WinMail, uncheck that option and don't read it
on the Webmail site.

That depends. In what way is your webmail "interfering"
with Windows Mail? There should be no interference.
