Web cast

Please can anyone tell me how to download or capture a webcast vide from
www.workinginweston.co.uk

It will play in the web browser but I have no options to save target file.

I thought of trying to capture it as a video of the desktop, as you would a
macro, but I don't seem to have any software which will do that!

I am using Windows XP home, with Office 2003, Windows Media encoder 9,
Windows movie maker.

Please can anyone help

If you were required to download a player that is associated with the
particular filetype for the download(s), or had to download an ActiveX
control to run their video, it may not permit you to do a save of their
presentation video. They don't want you stealing or redistributing
their content. when you want to see it again, you visit their web site
again.
