We currently have about 300 Outlook Web access users.
When I go in and modify their email address it will not
let them login anymore. If I add the old address back
they will be able to login again. Any idea what is
causign this?
 
Better ask in an Exchange forum as OWA is part of Exchange and not Microsoft
Office Outlook
