WD installed

Just reinstalled WD, the first page to show says Windows Defender Definitions
haven't been updated in 24 days, having clicked to check it saying no update
definitions found, but when i restart my computer and open WD the messags is
still saying haven't been updated in 24 days, is this an error

There is an error created when you uninstall and then reinstall Windows

thx for the info did not work said need to verify that it is a vlaid file.
