Watermark

Under Format - Barckground, the "Printed Watermark" is not available to click
on like the "More Colors" and "Fill Effects", even in new documents. I need
to format a picture into a watermark. I've been able to do it before, but
for some reason, the "Printed Watermark", though it is there, I am unable to
choose it. Help! Thanks.

Try looking in your header or footer.

The only case I know of when this command is unavailable is when you are in
Web Layout view.
