I have received 5 phone calls from someone making out they are Virgin Media today. They are asking about my account with VM
I have contacted VM and they have absolutely no log of the number they are calling from which is based in leeds. The lady at VM advised me that her manager has had many emails concerning the matter.
The number is;
01132 194 191
When I asked the woman from the supposed VM office she worked in why after my calling VM why they have absolutely no log of the number she was on could not explain why. I told her that it's best we terminate the phone call and hung up
VM have asked me to contact the police. The police have logged the incident
