Is there any way to turn off the warning message when I delete files?

Yep. Right-click on the Recycle Bin on your desktop and untick "display
delete confirmation dialog" in the Global tab.
 
To stop the warning message, right-click the Recycle Bin icon and click
Properties. On the Global tab, click to remove the check in "Display delete
confirmation dialog."
