EVENT VIEWER ERROR MESSAGES

Windows XP Proffesional with SP3

I leave my computer on 24/7. Checking Event Viewer, approximately the same
time about 3:01AM I get the exact same 2 ERROR and a WARNING message. The
warning message shows seconds after the two ERROR messages.

ERROR MESSAGE:
IISADMIN service found that account IWAM_GATEWAY 960P (name of my computer)
is disabled. Some IIS functions can fail for this reason.

WARNING MESSAGE:
The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber
parition: then there is a very long series of number

If anyone knows how I can eliminate these error and warning messages I would
certainly appreciate it.
