Warning during software download!

Hello everybody,
when i want to install Software from my IIS i become the following Message:

Security Warning
Do you want to install and run "filzip.exe from altiris"?

The publisher cannot be determined to the problem below:
The object to be verified is unknown to the trust provider

Because i want the Installation unattend i need to eliminate that Message
but i don't know how!!!

My environment:
W2k Server SP3 with IIS
The Server is runing on a Virtuell machine
Altiris Notification Server
IE 6

I first posted that item at the "microsoft.public.inetserver.iis" but an
other User told me that this is not an IIS issue and that must be an IE
issue!!!

Is there anyone who can help me???

Well since you say your using Altris Notification Server and the file is
coming from Altiris I suggest you attend to this Altiris Notification
Server?
