When my computer is first switched on it brings a message up "Warning CPU has
been changed or Overclock fail. Re enter CPU settings in CMOS Setup and save
before quit" to get past this screen it tells me to hit F1. I have no idea
what it is asking me to do as it has only started bringing up this page the
last 2 days. I wondered if I had a virus so tried to use system restore but
when I access this in the Help & Support section it has no available restore
points before today. I have scanned using McAfee Virus scan but this has
found no viruses. I am a computer dummy so if anyone can explain what is
going on or what I need to do I would be very grateful.

Hi Denny

Unfortunately all the instructions given in this site are a bit too vague
for me to follow, like I mentioned I am a computer dummy. In one article it
says to enter the CMOS settings manually but I don't know what information
should be entered.

Thanks Ally G
