Warning about SP 2

If you are blind and use some screenreaders, it seems that sp2 can slow down
your machine, and some parts are no longer accessible.

I gather they only have tested it on Jaws, which is typical of msoft I
suppose.

What is "Jaws"?
Your cryptic post lacks much information of value.

If you have a problem with an application, what did the application
manufacturer say when you asked them about SP-2 before you installed
SP-2?

SP-2 works fine on a great many computers.
Extensive testing was done with SP-2.
However it is impossible to test anything including Service Packs on
all variations of computers.
Especially when with all the computers in the world, no two are
identical.
