Want XP Setup on DVD

Hi. The the CD/DVD drive on my son's laptop stopped recognizing CDs,
(just makes noise) but DVDS run fine from the drive.
So, for other reasons we want to reinstall WindowsXP, but as you know it
is on a CD. Can somebody tell me how to accomplish, making a
Windows Setup Boot DVD from the Windows Setup Boot CD to DVD

Setup will run from the hard drive. Simply copy the files from the cd to some
folder, and run setup.exe from there.
