I want to uninstall/reinstall Quicken although I know that it there is a "No
Remove" value as well as a "No Modify" and "No Repair". Therefore it will
not be removed via ADD/REMOVE programs in Control Panel. We were once helped
with removing it successfully but as we urgently needed to get Quicken up and
running again, we had to wait too long before someone responded to our
request for help, and then it took a while longer for a Microsoft person to
find the way to do it. Has anyone had successful experience with removing
Quicken that they could pass on?? I would greatly appreciate hearing from
you.

Thanks
CDW

Have you tried a little research?

Hi, Yes I went to Intuit's website this evening after my original post,
though not expecting to find an answer (the last time we went through this
there was no info on this at their website), but happily found a link which
they provided. I haven't yet tried it. Thanks for the additional link, too.
Hopefully my problem will be solved tomorrow
