I have created a flyer in publisher and converted it to a pdf. I would like
to send this out so that when a person opens their email, it automatically
appears on their screen and they do not have to go to attachements to open it.

How do I do this and thanks in advance for the advice.

It can't be done at this time. Eventually Adobe may write a PDF previewer
that integrates with Outlook 2007.

Is there any other way to send the actual publisher document so when a person
opens their email, it appears on their screen instead of an attachement.
Most people I am sending this document to probably do not have publisher.

Attachments will always be attachments in Outlook. You can create HTML
messages that will look correct in the Reading Pane.

While the document is open in Publisher press CRTL A, then CRTL C. Then
open up the Outlook Email message and place the cursor where you want the
document and press CTRL V. Your document is embedded into Outlook.
