Sending Publisher flyer as email thru Outlook; no "send" button.

I create a flyer in Publisher, click "file," then "send as e-mail," then
"send as message." The Outlook screen comes up with my flyer on it. Only
problem is, there is no "send" button...anywhere. It's not in the upper
left-hand corner of one of the tool bars like it's supposed to be, nor on any
of the drop-down menus. Therefore, I cannot send my email. Any suggestions
on how to get that button to show up and function?
