Tried to upgrade to new itunes update and now ipod appears to have no
music on it at all.also pc not syncing with ipod-tells you it is, but
ipod still blank.
Have removed new version of itunes and tried going into itunes library
for older version, but cannot find a programme to open the older
version with.
If you are still awake at this point, could anyone tell me how to
locate an earlier version of itunes-can't find original installation
disc at moment.Tried to search google but got in a tangle.Very many
thanks!!!

Change the "Information Related to Version:" pull down to the version of
your choice, scroll down the page and one of the "Download Links:" should be
for the version you chose.

You *probably* want the Windows version. ;-) That link is more suitable.

If you do install an older version make sure to download QuickTime 7.3 and
reinstall on top of any older version of QuickTime. Otherwise your software
will be insecure.
Try this link :

HI-really appreciate the messages-downloaded an earlier version-now
have a couple of other problems, but I don't think they are related to
downloading the older version and quicktime update. Thanks again
