want get rid of file popups at startup page

I get file popups in windows each one says something incomplete or not
running or it has failed for instance(open Networks .rtf
failed)or(AiOSoftwareNPI) and I have to keep cliking cancel till there gone
ok Im no brain surgen but in english how to refile or tell computer to go
figure will be muchly thanked? ALEX
