If I see a picture I want as wallpaper, how do I install
it in Windows XP Home? Please email me the technique,
(e-mail address removed)

Usually with any Image. You can right click on the Image>Select Set as
Background.

=================================
You don't have to install it, all you have to do
is save it or a copy of it in your *My Pictures*
folder. By design...all images in the My Pictures
folder are listed in the Background List of
Display Properties.

To access the Background list...right click
your desktop and choose...Properties / Desktop
tab...

And of course, you can right click any image file
and choose *Set As Desktop Background*.
