When I try to change my wallpaper using the Display
function, the File Types menu only offers BMP. Cannot
even see JPGs listed in any folder. Having to convert
JPEGs to larger BMP size in order to use as wallpaper.
How can I change the file-types options to include JPGs?

Change the value of NoActiveDesktop from 1 to 0 in the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explore
