Wallpaper not changing

Have you noticed you can change the refresh rate?

Start, Control Panel, Display, Settings, Advanced, Monitor.

Thanks Gerry,

Yes. Creating a new profile works.
I was just hoping to fix the problem in my current
profile so I don't have to re-configure everything.

But,
When I change the Display, Settings, Advanced, Monitor selections,
it's still the same.
AND when I change to Ask before changing, it does Not ask
about changing wallpaper. Is that an error?
It does "Ask" if I try changing the refresh rate however.
