Wallpaper Fails

I have windows 2000 professional with several login
accounts. When I first boot up windows, my wallpaper
shows up, but when I login in to an account it goes away.
Can any body help with this?

Each account has its own personalized settings. You'll
have to specify the wallpaper for each, or specify what
you want the default wallpaper to be in policies.
