Waking up the Computer

I have my computer set to receive faxes but if it's in the Stand By mode, it
doesn't react. How can I get it to react? It will wake up if I move the
mouse or hit any key on the keyboard.

You need to enable "Wake Up on Ring". Different pc's use different
schemes to enable wake up on ring. In some cases it can be enabled in
one of the control panel aplets. On some pcs the modem has an option
for it. On some pc's it must be enabled in the BIOS. Visit the support
pages for your pc manufacturer and search the help database for more
information, or post the make and model number of your pc and maybe
someone can provide more accurate assistance.
