W32 Worm and XP Outlook

Office XP Outlook - I got hit with a spam email that had W32 Sober worm. I
got rid of it and now my Outlook will not allow me to send any email. I get
the message "interface not registered" I can receive email but not send it.
I did try a repair with the CD but it didn't help.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Start -> run type
regsvr32 ole32.dll
[enter]
Try again.
