w2kpro cant power down

Hi!

My w2kpro can't power down completely. After I click the
shutdown button, the screen goes black or blue screen and
the cpu power still on. The bios is ACPI compatible. The
power management in control panel don't show ACPI tab. I
saw the system tab don't have sp2. Where is the sp2 on the
cd? I install w2kpro from CD, it should be installed with
the w2kpro. Please any advice.
