W2k3 memory usage over 4GB

I have installed 8 GB of DDR memory on a Dell box and Windows only sees
4GB's. I have the /3GB /PAE switch in place
(boot.ini)(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;283037)
but am wondering why Windows still does not see it as evidenced in Task
Manager. Dell Open Manage sees all of the DIMM chips as green. Scratching my
head. Anybody/Anything?

Windows 2003 Server, Standard Edition provides support for 4GB of RAM. You
need rather Enterprise Edition instead.
