W2K3 member server policy

Hi,
I'm running a W2K AD and now I'm planning to add some W2K3 memberservers.
I tried to implement the W2K3 memberserver security baseline from the
microsoft security guide but that doesn't work. I think this is caused by
the extra userrights and stuff
that is available on W2K3 and not on W2K. These security settings are not
extended by .adm files so I guess that is why the import of the security
template is failing.
Is there a way to manage W2K3 security settings from a W2K AD?

You need to be running AD 2003 to take advantage of the security
enhancements in 2003.
