Sorry about not being 100% sure but "I don't think so". I did find a number
that may help you. I looked at some related documentation about transfers
which get stopped and restarted and I found that "The IIS implementation of
FTP restart is limited to an offset of less than four gigabytes". The offset
refers to the difference in size of what was already FTPed vs what still
needs to be FTPed, post-tansfer-interruption. If the offset can be 4 gigs
you can know you transfer at least that much. I would assume you can
transfer more.
