Server 2003 Option Questions

Presently have a Windows 2000 Server SP4 primary domain controller,
file and print server. No web hosting. Will be purchasing a
replacement computer with Server 2003 software. The existing server
will become a secondary (backup) domain controller and an email/ftp
server, replacing an existing Windows XP Pro machine handling email
and ftp server functions.

Server 2003 comes in several versions. I'm thinking that Server 2003
R2 Standard (32-bit) is the one to go with. Any comments? Thanks!

Additionally, the processor in the new server will be an Intel Xeon
3GHz, 2MB, 800MHz processor.
