Adding w2003 server to w2k domain

Is it as simple as adding the 2003 server to the exising w2k domain? Can I
set up the new server as a BDC? The existing w2k server is an Exchange 2000
server as well. The new 2003 server will become a file server only.

If you want to add it as a DC you have to run ADPREP first so the schema can
be expanded to include the 03 server objects that don't exist in W2K

It is incorrect to use BDC when discussing Active Directory since there are
only peer to peer servers in 2000/20003
