Domain Name change in W2K

My company has decided it wantss to change our internal domain name and of
course migrate all of AD from the old to the new. We are running W2K with AD
in native mode with a chld doamin in native mode as well. We are planning a
W2K3 upgrade shortly with all new servers in the parent domain. Also we have
Exchange 2003 running in the parent doamin on a W2k3 server. We have 2 DC's
in the parent and 1 in the child.

Whant would be the best approch to acomplish this goal.

Set up the two Win 2k3 domains (parent and child) then use ADMT to migrate
your user into the correct domains.
